About the Job The Sous Chef is responsible for all kitchen employees and ensures restaurant standards at all times. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, some of the things Sous Chefs will be doing are: assisting in writing food requisitions, inspecting methods of preparation and working the line when needed. You will also be responsible for keeping all refrigeration, storage, and working areas in clean and safe working conditions with compliance to Health Department Regulations. We train from the ground up because we want to ensure the organizational culture we deeply value. Looking for full-time Requirements: Minimum 4+ years experience in a high volume restaurant DOH Food Protection Certification Must have basic mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft software Work to achieve high levels of personal and organizational performance to meet or exceed objectives. Assists Executive Chef in seasonal menu development Maintain product quality and the Executive Chef's standards by consistently conducting inspections of seasonings, portion, and appearance of food Guide and instruct employees to excel in performance of their duties Manage the daily operation of the kitchen Performs closing duties and all other duties as assigned Contact Us >/span>
