Maison Sun is a Modern French restaurant with strong Japanese and Korean influences. Our flagship location at 200 Schermerhorn is the former location of Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare (3 Michelin Star facility). Job Overview Ideal Qualifications:   Posses an advanced degree of wine and wine service knowledge.  Deep knowledge of Champagne, Burgundy, and Tokaj wines. 2 or more years of experience in high-end establishments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency. Positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Preferably strong background in pairing wines with French and Asian cuisines.
