Customer Service Rep About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform data entry tasks to update automated records and ensure the accuracy of work. keying data from source documents, and verifying the correctness of entries in a timely and efficient manner. along with mail services. Essential Job Responsibilities: * Batch documents and organize them for data entry processing. * Enter data from source documents into automated systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude * Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment * Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines * Adhere to all safety procedures * Take direction from supervisor or site manager * Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail * Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned (Filing, outgoing shipments, etc.) * Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages * Perform other tasks as assigned * Provide backfill when needed * Enter information daily into spreadsheets * Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. * Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. * Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties. * Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately. * Experience with data entry is desirable. * Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing. * Previous experience with data entry is advantageous.
