Industrial Park Road Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: * Prepare retail product orders for release to the warehouse floor to ensure warehouse associates maintain production standards and orders can be completed for the scheduled transit time. * Input store short orders and communicate when the store can expect to receive the product ordered. * Coordinate trailer movements between Weis Markets manufacturing facilities, third party vendors, and the Weis Markets distribution center to ensure products can be loaded on time and in full. * Input associate schedules into Kronos time clock software and ensure punches accurately reflect hours worked by associates. * Prepare billings for tractor trailer drivers in accordance with schedule transit times. * Enter Purchase orders for merchandise that is being received for the Distribution Center Inventory. * Enter cross dock merchandise to ensure accurate and timely shipment to correct store locations. * Prepare schedules for floor associates and input adjustments. * Order supplies for facility offices. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This associate has no direct supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two (2) years' experience in a clerical role.
