Overview: As the Receptionist at Coco's and Colette, you are responsible for providing and maintaining a flawless, professional, and exclusive experience for all Colette owners, Coco members, and their guests. The Receptionist will report to the Service Manager. Your duties include but are not limited to welcoming all owners, members, and guests with detailed white glove service, responding to inquiries, reservation requests, and facilitating office and administrative-related needs. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about executing and maintaining outstanding and sophisticated service. They will support the operations staff at Colette and Coco's to ensure the delivery of an experience of the highest standard and execute Coco's and Colette's vision and values. Required Experience and Qualifications: At least 2 Years' experience working in a Guest Relations role in Luxury Hospitality. OR at least 2 Years' of experience working in an administrative office as a receptionist, assistant, or office management role. Willingness and ability to learn. This is a one-of-a-kind club mixing hospitality, restaurant, and corporate offices. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced understanding and experience working with POS, Reservation Systems, and Applications. [Experience using Kustomer and/or Nexudus is a plus] Must be comfortable and confident with Technology. [Apple Devices, Zoom, Printing] Advanced in all Microsoft Office Tools [Excel, PowerPoint, Word] Proven background interacting with high-level executives and sensitivity to confidential information. Must be exceptionally organized and have time management. Must be a self-starter and able to execute role without direct supervision. Must have the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional manner. Must maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance as per company policy. Organized and high functioning when under pressure. Creative and ambitious team player. Genuine, positive, and engaging personality while demonstrating a passion for detail and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Greet owners, members, and their guests, and direct them to various locations throughout the club upon arrival. Support in monthly, and yearly trainings and meetings as directed. Communicate effectively with each department to ensure a memorable experience for all Owners, Members and Guests while maintaining Coco's and Colette's vision and values. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to handle items that weigh up to 25 lbs. Coco's at Colette is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
