Job Summary Looking for a multifaceted role to showcase your skills in food production management? Become a Subway Production Manager with CulinArt Group - a member of Compass Group USA at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and supervise production schedules to ensure flawless execution + Assess resources and project needs, strictly adhering to company goals + Ensure client and customer happiness by delivering high-quality products + Coordinate the production process to meet and exceed goals + Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Compliance regulations + Maintain all BRAND standards + Identify, fix, and solve any concerns in the production process + Establish budgets, predict spending, and handle accounts + Communicate goals and targets effectively; empower and support team members + Train and provide oversight to team members, ensuring detailed performance + Handle disputes among team members with a collaborative approach + Perform inventory checks and order necessary supplies + Manage P&L, including labor cost, food cost, paper goods, and site expenses + Report directly to the on-site Director of Operations Preferred Qualifications: + B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; B.S. or equivalent experience is acceptable. A.A. Degree plus four years of directly related experience preferred. + Minimum of two to four years of experience in direct food service operational management experience in a restaurant, hotel, country club, or similar setting + Proficient in inventory and purchasing knowledge and control + Excellent knowledge of food and catering trends passionate about quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. + Outstanding customer service skills and experience + Experience with P&L + Contract-managed service experience is a plus + Experience in food production + ServSafe® certified Apply to CulinArt today!
