Overview The LD&T Inventory Coordinator for the Inventory Control Department has the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of all inventory within the DC. This includes the system inventory status which determines if product is available for retail sale, accurate inventory quantities and the proper disposition of non-saleable inventory. The Analyst is responsible for working with the National Inventory Team on a daily basis to bring inventory between WMS and SAP into balance. Doing so contributes to the customer service KPIs of PA (product availability) and RAD (requested arrival date). The role also interacts constantly with the local warehouse leads to perform cycle counts and investigations as required to maintain inventory accuracy. This role supports the Tacoma 3484 and Tacoma Overflow 2196. Working shift: Mon - Fri Working hours: 08:00 a.m - 04:00 p.m. Full time and full on-site Responsibilities * Perform production release for items in house made at another DC. * Complete timely track and trace and quarantine for any item identified as out of spec by Quality Department. * Work closely with National Inventory Team and local warehouse to identify and resolve finished goods inventory discrepancies. * Manage and act to reduce Old Age and At Risk inventory. Facilitate disposition of product identified for donation, dump or sale to secondary market. * Identify and resolve customer order and inventory replenishment issues, within position's scope/authority. * Process customer returns and monitor aging returns. * Complete Research Requests, customer deductions and post shipments. * Process owner for SOX documents. * Maintain system accuracy for item set up, ABCD analysis, item configuration and product shelf life. * Monitor freshness of warehouse inventory to achieve/maintain network requirements. Review stranded inventory performance and report scoring to essential warehouse personnel. Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $76,500 per year. * Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications * Experience in Logistics related field * Functional knowledge centered around warehousing, transportation, customer service, planning systems and operations. * Analytical skills to interpret reporting/data to drive performance improvement. * Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization and outside the organization. * SAP and WMS experience a plus. * Strong MS Office skills required ((Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access) * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, act decisively and solve problems.
