Sr. Production Manager - Men's

Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for an Sr. Production Manager - Men's. How Do You Fit In? As the Sr. Production Manager - Men's, you will be responsible for the full product life cycle, from developing styles from concept through execution in production. You will collaborate closely with the design, merchandising, logistics, and quality assurance teams to bring new collections to life while optimizing production processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Key functions include managing buy release and purchase order (PO) creation, WIP tracking, and monitoring quality to ensure product is produced on time and according to Fabletics' standards for vendor compliance. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can collaborate well and build processes as we scale the business. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Product Development & Sourcing. What you will do: * Manage monthly buy release and PO creation to vendors against the global calendar * Position greige and core fabrications for pre-bookings * Execute style changes with vendors, ensuring that impacts on delivery and cost are communicated to internal stakeholders. * Proactively head off production issues with thorough understanding of construction, testing, and apparel compliance. * Manage bookings and deliveries for wholesale accounts, creating label and packing instructions as needed. * Understand transit times and lead times for each shipping lane to plan X-factory dates and negotiate on-time deliveries. * Purchase Order (PO) Management/Tracking - oversee PO creation with an offshore team, ensuring POs are accurate and reflect all changes. * Review weekly WIP for accuracy and monthly production status; follow up on pending approvals with internal and external partners * Manage a capacity file, actualizing monthly bookings against forecast for each vendor. * Ensure that all products meet our quality standards by conducting development testing and reviewing QA inspection reports as well as garment test reports before goods ship. * Review vendor compliance chargebacks for late bookings, handovers * International travel as to visit vendors 2 -3 times per year What you can bring: * 7+ years of production experience in fashion or apparel manufacturing. Experience in Men's activewear and lifestyle apparel manufacturing is strongly preferred * 5+ years of experience working in PLM and purchase order creation systems * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development, or Merchandising * Ability to mentor a team and collaborate well with cross-functional partners through influential communication * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to use lookup functions and create pivot tables * Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with both domestic and overseas vendors is preferred, knits and wovens * Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus Compensation & Total Rewards: At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!"¯We continue to build a culture of flexibility, to empower you to do your best and put yourself first."¯Our Total Rewards program rewards employees for their hard work, supporting their health, well-being, families, and ultimately their life journey. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to"¯pay"¯for the role.
