Support Administrator - ITWe are looking for a skilled, detail-ordinated, experienced Support Administrator to join our IT Team. As part of the Information Technology (IT) team out of our Ontario warehouse office. This Position requires someone who is an efficient and effective problem solver who can work both independently and with our team to provide resolutions to our user's issues and infrastructure needs. This role focuses on providing first and second-tier support for end-users, managing hardware inventory, and continually improve processes to contribute to the organization's operational effectiveness. This is a fast paste environment, the position has potential to grow to System Administrator role working with High Performance Enterprise Technologies.Hours 9am to 6pm PSTHybrid remote (3 days on site at Ontario office/2 days remote) after first 3 months on site training. Management may change position between remote, hybrid and on site as necessary.25% travel between California offices (LAX/LBC/ONT) (*once a quarter)We are looking for a skilled, detail-ordinated, experienced Support Administrator to join our IT Team. This is a fast paste environment, the position has potential to grow to System Administrator role working with High Performance Enterprise Technologies.The candidate's duties will include:Provide phone and remote user support to our team members.Ticketing system experience (KACE, ServiceNow, FreshService, etc.).Monitor service desk ticket queues and respond to requests for service meeting or exceeding our SLAs by managing tickets assigned and take ownership to see issues to resolution and tasks to completion.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to create clear documentationesolution steps to known issues.Perform Windows 11 system imaging/image creation with standard software installation packages as required.Hardware inventory and asset management (ManageEngine, FreshService, etc.)Process on/off boarding of users and maintain access security.Implement, improve and document new and existing policies, procedures and processes for various IT systemsasks.Strong knowledge of OS concepts and Active Directory Account Management.Proficient in troubleshooting client networking issues such as VPN, DNS, DHCP, sFTP, Email and Network File/Print connectivity.Strong task and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, triage, resolve and escalate in an efficient and effective manner.Escalate problems to correct resource per SLA guidelines.Inform management of recurring problems and work with team members to find solutions for them to present to management.MDM (Meraki, Airwatch, etc.) Management experience is a plus.Ability to lift up to 30 LBS occasionally.The candidate's required qualifications/skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent experience.2+ years' desktop support experience installing & troubleshooting Win 10 & 11.2+ years' experience managing Android/Apple mobile devices in a business environment.2+ years' imaging systems experience.2+ years' in a business facing IT customer support role.2+ years' experience in system administration in network and Windows platforms.2+ years' experience in WAN/LAN, MS Windows Active Directory, Azure and Office 365.Pay: $58k to $63kBenefits & Perks: We offer competitive pay, bonus plan, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) match, multiple health plans, and much more.
