Customer Service Representative - Tax Season Support

Description Our client, a leading accounting firm in Escondido, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to provide efficient and accurate customer support during the tax season. This includes addressing queries related to tax filing, maintaining records, and providing smooth client service. Responsibilities: + Support clients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. + Guide and advise customers regarding the tax preparation process. + Maintain a detailed record of customer engagements, comments, complaints, and actions taken. + Engage in customer service initiatives and strategies. Requirements + High school degree or equivalent; higher degree in a related field preferred. + Prior experience in customer support roles, specifically in tax services. + Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle periods of high volume. + Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
