Trapizzino is hiring a Line Cook to join the culinary team. Trapizzino is a highly-popular casual Roman restaurant concept created by one of Italy's most awarded pizza makers, Stefano Callegari, with locations in Rome, Florence and Milan. The first US location was opened in New York City's Lower East Side in early 2017 to critical and guest acclaim. Drawing inspiration from the classic enotecas of Italy, this location has expanded to included larger antipasti menu, a full bar and an innovative wine program. Responsibilities: Execution of food menu according to established recipes Execution food production and prep as needed Ensure restaurant operates in accordance with DOH code Execute Delivery and Catering Orders as needed Requirements: At least 1 year experience in a fast paced restaurant working a short order station Clean and organized working habits with attention to detail Team player and good communicator with a positive attitude Interest in Italian culinary traditions NY DOH Food Handler's Card a plus
