Commitment to giving back to the communities that nurture us. Job Summary:   The maestro of the culinary symphony, orchestrating a team of passionate cooks to create unforgettable dishes. With a flair for organization and a love for authentic flavors, you'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, all while fostering a lively atmosphere where creativity and teamwork thrive. Job Responsibilities: Overseeing the entire operation in the back of house, works with assistant kitchen manager and/or hourly back of house manager if applicable Upholds all specs and standards with plating of food for guests Oversees all inventory, ordering and scheduling in the back of house Excellent knowledge of all stations on the line and outside expo Upholds all DHEC standards with labeling, cleanliness and safe temperature storage of all non-prepped, prepped and cooked food items Receives deliveries and reports any issues to vendors and General Manager Creates specials and delivers information regarding specs to all kitchen and front of house staff Teamwork with coworkers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
