POSITION TITLE: Senior Coordinator, On Product Marketing REPORTS TO: Manager, On Product Marketing POSITION SUMMARY: Manage development and implementation for American Eagle and Aerie On Product Marketing items. This includes branded trims and labeling items such as main labels, hang tags, accessory carding, wrap bands, stickers, heat seals and care labels. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage development timeline and ensure target dates are met * Maintain and update current project management system and work with graphic designer on deadlines and priorities * Communicate with internal and external partners regarding development status * Work cross functionally with the internal brand, merchandising, graphics, production and design teams * Partner with international and compliance teams on new market launches * Upload and maintain files in PLM system * Dictate vendor placement and needed production locations * Negotiate costs on new items * Communicate projections and annual volumes for core items to vendors * Coordinate seasonal on product marketing request meetings * Maintain and organize all approved submits and proof sheets * Assist OPM manager with special projects * Perform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: * 3+ year of related experience & Bachelor's required * Experience sourcing and managing woven main labels, care labels, paper packaging, and other branded trims. * High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook & Internet applications * Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & organizational skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team * Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management * Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment * Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting * Tradestone or PLM experience a plus PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: * Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. * Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive health care benefits (including medical, vision, and dental); wellness benefits; 401(k) retirement benefits; life and disability insurance; employee stock purchase program; paid time off; paid sick leave; and parental leave and benefits. * Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part-time or full-time / exempt or non-exempt), and years of service.
