The associate will embody and execute our company core values within all day-to-day duties and responsibilities: We work as a team, leveraging our collective strengthsWe are passionate, bringing resiliency, creativity, and gritWe do what's right with honesty, respect, and accountabilityWe are reliable, through innovative and streamlined processesWe have fun, celebrating successes and learning from failuresWe build relationships, helping our colleagues and customers thriveESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Answer and respond to incoming call and emails related to warranty and serviceObtain critical information required to determine whether equipment is in warranty or requires out of warranty service to include: ManufacturerSerial NumberSite ContactEmailPhone NumberOther contact(s) needed to be updatedDescription of the issueLog all information and notes into Boelter's warranty systemWork with factory on equipment in warrantyCoordinate service with ASA and customer Communicate status to applicable National Account ManagersCommunicate status to customerIf equipment is not under warranty, identify local ASA to assist with serviceEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:5-10 years of experience in the foodservice industry In-depth understanding of coordinating service for equipment under warrantyUnderstands Manufacturer warranty processes Coordinates with manufacturers and rep groupsCoordinates with Authorized Service Agents (ASAs)Coordination of service for non-warranty itemsIntroduction to local ASAsProven ability to manage a high volume of daily service callsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat listening skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureGood relationship building skillsVery detail orientedHighly organizedExceptional follow up skillsREQUIREMENTS:• You are well organized, fast-paced and have a zest for learning • Must have excellent English communication skills At Boelter, we care about our associates.
