Applicants MUST speak fluent English.General Responsibilities• Answer client calls collecting all necessary trip information to schedule a reservation.• Enter trip requests with accuracy• Assist clients with late vehicle arrival• Excellent customer service.• Display professional demeanor and appearance.• Reliable in attendance.• Team player and helpful to staff, management, and peers.Requirements• High School Diploma or equivalent.• A minimum of two years customer service experience.• Six months of call center experience preferred• Type (alpha numeric) 30 words per minute• Experience with Microsoft Windows environment• Strong listening and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated teamwork and exceptional problem solving skillsComprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Paid Holidays, and 15 Days Paid Time Off Per Year.
