Description We are working with a reputable and rapidly expanding organization in the construction industry in the North Georgia area. We are seeking a highly-engaged, detail-orientated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Job Description: In this role, you will perform a blend of customer-facing and internal communication duties. Your work will involve estimating, preparing quotes, submitting orders, and applying data and information to drawings, all from your workstation. You will have the opportunity to conduct consultative sales in a distinctly non-traditional channel. Our product line is not a standard catalogue of SKUs, instead, we manufacture twelve basic assemblies. Your role will be to ascertain which of these will best fit the needs of your client based on their specific applications. This position involves substantial virtual interaction - you will manage significant volume of email communication in addition to standard phone conversations and web-based meetings. You should be comfortable operating within such an environment and capable of maintaining professional etiquette throughout. From time to time, you will also be responsible for data entry, including keeping up-to-date records of HVAC information, detailing orders, and documenting d/p on capabilities. Additionally, you will be required to modify drawings, plot information on existing drawings using Autocad. Job Requirements: Strong customer service skills, with experience in consultative sales Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Autocad if preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and solid organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in estimation and preparing quotes would be beneficial.
