Nesco Resource has partnered with a local Logistics company in South Columbus seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service **THIS IS A SHORT 6 WEEK ASSIGNMENT Duties Answers telephone, screens calls, schedules appointments, customer calls. Heavy customer service. Organizes office, files and supplies. Determines priorities and multi-tasks. Prepares invoices, data entry, and other accounting functions. Maintains historical records by filing documents. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Suite Skills/Qualifications: Bilingual with Spanish a plus, Data Entry Skills, Computer Literate, Customer Service, Dispatching, Thoroughness, Organization, Attention to Detail, Reliable, Decision Making, Great Communicator, Team Player, Results Driven, Looking to Grow.
