A subscription to Trend Notes opens up access to regional trend readings that reveal what's hot in your area. We offer our wholesalers bi-weekly updates detailing the bestselling merchandise, color palettes, and styles that apply to their location.Trend Notes is an Irvine-based fashion wholesaler specializing in trendy womenswear, accessories, and children's clothing since 2010. Their core business goals are quality control, inventory management, and customer service.2. Customer Service Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain positive relationship with VIP clientsSwiftly resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring maximum satisfactionProvide product recommendations to both existing and potential customers3. What we are seeking:Minimum of 2-3 years of work experienceQuick learner and able to adjust to changing environments and priorities.Able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.We are looking for a committed individual who is responsible, knows how to take initiative and has a positive attitude.We work with a lot of products so who has attention to detail, able to follow directions, good with time management, great with communication, able to take initiative, able to work as a team.4.
