If you're able to multi-task, effectively manage customer calls, and facilitate other administrative responsibilities, we'd love to tell you more about the position.In addition to being a primary resource for our customers' questions and concerns, this role is responsible for:Answering incoming calls from Technicians/Delivery Drivers and providing service and dispatch support.Overseeing the service and delivery call scheduling and dispatching to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
