Customer Service Coordinator needed in Appleton, WI! Direct Hire! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to add to our manufacturing client's growing team! The Customer Service Coordinator will be working directly with customers on new orders, estimating projects, quoting, order tracking, invoicing, managing inventory levels, and job costing. Typical duties include order entry into the system for production, completing finished work orders in the system, working with internal teams to fulfill client needs and requests, tracking work order progress throughout the production process, and ensuring all orders are completed per their request due date. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established organization in Appleton, WI! The standard hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, with flexibility.
