What This Position is All About Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations (AGMO), the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups.Who You Are: You have strong interpersonal skills, and are customer service orientatedHave the ability to lift cartons, handle racks and carts of merchandise. Lifting of up to 15 pounds may be requiredMust have knowledge of POS and strong computer skills, i.e. Google, MS Office, and adapt to changing technologyAbility to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervisionYou Also Have: Ability to work a flexible schedule as per business needs & adheres to dependability standardsDemonstrates attention to detail and keeps personal work space organizedAbility to influence team to follow store policies & procedures to help in decision-makingAs The Returns Associate, You Will: Daily functions including but not limited to following:Opening/ Closing of digital return registerMaintain a neat and organized environmentFollow protocols on policy and procedures for; processing returns, adjustments, and assisting in reconciling reportsEnsure product is secured to standardMaintain integrity of product, by ensuring all .com returns are separated, organized and secure.Resolve customer issues both internal and externalMay also support other related Specialized Operations functions such as but no limited to: Cash Reconciliation, Gift Card Events, Jewelry Operations etcCollaboration between multi-work streams such as:Ensure when return is completed that the return printout is attached to each itemCommunicate with Merchandise Operations Team, Asset Protection team & Assistant General Manager of OperationsCommunication:Follow up on necessary reporting, and escalates potential issues for resolutionLiaison between clients and storeAd hoc responsibilities as neededYour Life and Career at SFA: Be a part of a team of disruptors focused on stores and redefining the luxury experience.Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities, from retail to supply chain, to digital or corporateA culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling work/life balanceBenefits package for all eligible full-time Associates (including medical, vision and dental)An amazing Associate discountSalary and Other Compensation:The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$18.68-23.35 per hour].
