Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a full time (8AM-4PM) Customer Support Specialist/Trianer that is patient, professional, detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and has a genuine desire to help clients be successful. This position will manage help desk tickets and train clients (phone and zoom). All candidates must have taught or is currently teaching in PA. They must also be comfortable using software and have excellent personal skills.This position utilizes a hybrid structure with Tuesday & Wednesday in office and the other three days from home.
