Our well-established client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Full time opportunity in the Colonie area.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:Receive and process customer supply orders.Generate quotes for supply orders requested by customers.Handle incoming service calls from customers.Monitor and manage shipments, addressing any order-related issues.Provide phone-based troubleshooting assistance to customers for service-related issues.
