Customer Service Representative - SeasonalDuties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for taking phone orders and handling inbound client telephone inquiries and sales.Process, Print, and organize orders and ensure they make it to our production teamLearn Manhattan Fruitier Product Catalog and provide gift suggestions to clients.Enter orders into entry system via incoming phone calls, emails, or other correspondence as neededFollow up to ensure customer recipients receive giftsReceive customer complaints and feedbackAttention to accuracySkills and QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred but not requiredAvailability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as neededWilling and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations with or without reasonable accommodationMust demonstrate excellent communication skillsPhysical Demands of the PositionRegularly required to stand and walkOccasionally required to stoop, kneel, crawl and spend time making repetitive motionsModerate handling that demands crouching, stooping, reaching Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Environmental FactorsWork is performed in a building that is well ventilated with moderate noise and good lightRolling conveyor and forklifts are presentThe packing Process includes water and sanitation agentsJob Type: SeasonalRate of Pay- $18.50THE GIFTING COMPANY is an Equal Opportunity Employer- Minorities, Females and veterans are encouraged to apply.
