Summary / Primary Role :The Quality Customer Support Representative is responsible for performing all tasks involved with Client Services. This position will involve learning and explaining services and products directly to consumers on behalf of all of our clientele.Principal Duties and Responsibilities of Quality Customer Support Representative:(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job with appropriate notification)Follow directions and work as a team.Responsible for assigned customer sales accountsResponsible for the accuracy of all paperwork completed for new customer sales accountsMaintains training abilities for clients and consumersResponsible for accuracy of all entries for client services and salesCreate all in-office projects and classroom training productsMust be pleasant, professional, detailed communication skillsPlan, coordinate, and execute customer outreachComfort working with iPads and tablet-based softwareAnalyze the profitability and efficiency of the team to exceed sales goalsLearn basic customer service and sales techniques and client services to help with problem-shootingQuality Customer Support Representative Qualifications and Key Skills:(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills or ability required for this position)Must be able to follow directions and work as a teamMust be knowledgeable with Microsoft OfficeMust have strong oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks effectively and execute quicklyProfessional Business Attire and Training AbilityThe position involves standing for long periods of time throughout the daySuperior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyBackground knowledge of sales and customer engagement Persons with Experience in the following areas should apply: Customer Acquisition, Customer Development, Customer Relationship, Customer Support, Customer Service Manager, Customer Success, Direct Customer Service, Customer Service Associate, Customer Service Representative, Customer Retention, Customer Agent#LI-Onsite
