We are expanding and are looking for multiple, Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is an early-career level position and plays a crucial role in our customer support operations. Our ideal prospect lives within a commutable distance to Cartersville, GA (45 min NE of Marietta, 90+ min NE of Atlanta).Installed Right values problem-solvers with great personalities who can contribute to our "get it done" company culture. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the home improvement industry while developing valuable customer service skills.Primary ResponsibilitiesField inbound customer calls regarding project-related questions and issues for flooring and kitchen cabinet installationsProvide accurate information about our installation services and productsTroubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to ongoing or completed installationsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesProcess order modifications and escalate complaints when necessaryCommunicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient problem-resolutionQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareAbility to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressed or upset customersActive listening skills and the ability to diffuse tense situationsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesKey Attributes:Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceDetail-oriented and efficient in handling customer inquiriesAdaptable and willing to learn about evolving products and servicesReliable team player with a positive and professional demeanorGenuinely optimistic; Remodeling can be stressful - these roles help alleviate that stress by being present, knowledgeable and empatheticKnowledge of flooring and kitchen cabinet products (preferred but not required, as training will be provided)Location(s): Cartersville, GACompensation: This role is budgeted at $14-$16 (hourly)We don't just build structures - we build an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive!
