Job Summary:The Senior Customer Support/Account Representative will engage with internal clients via inbound and outbound calls, offering support throughout the account lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering world-class service, building relationships, and providing timely solutions while adhering to internal policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to support internal clients.Provide ongoing assistance during the account opening process and throughout the account lifecycle.Deliver world-class service and build strong relationships with internal clients.Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Required Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in financial services or customer service.Attention to detail, dependability, and a strong service orientation.Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Interest in career development.Preferred Qualifications:A four-year college degree is preferred.
