Responsibilities Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience. This includes: Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike. Providing pleasant and timely service Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience. Requirements PREVIOUS SERVER EXPERIENCE IN A FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT IS REQUIRED Must be able to obtain Alcohol safety certification up to 30 days after hire date. Positive attitude Excellent communication skills Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol. Some locations require Pour Permits, depending on county.
