Seeking kitchen manager for fast paced kitchen We are a successful, 40 year+ family owned restaurant on south street seeking a new lead for our culinary team under the tutelage of our executive chef. The responsibilities include the following: -Executing the chef's menus -Creating weekly specials -Leading the entire kitchen crew and training new employees/new tasks -Delegating tasks to the staff and keeping them accountable for good quality prep/work -Ordering and keeping contact with sales reps -Maintaining the integrity and quality of the food We take pride in leading with kindness and taking care of our crew. We would love someone who wants to take pride in their work and nurture the space and the crew Plus! Our entire kitchen was rebuilt four years ago with brand new equipment. Bonus points if you speak Spanish!
