Licensed Practical Nurse

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse** to work at a Facility in **Fairmont, WV** . This is a registry position with our company. **Pay Rate:** $34 / hour *W2 **Shifts Available:** + Must be willing to work full time, **7a-7p** ; including weekends and Holidays. **Job Responsibilities:** + Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients + Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior + Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care + Maintain accurate patient medical records + Provide companionship and basic care to patients + Administer prescribed medications to patients **Minimum Qualifications:** + **At least one year (12 months) previous working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse** + Must have up to date credentials in the state of **WV** + A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association) + Ability to build rapport with patients + Compassionate and caring demeanor + Familiarity with medical terminology + Must possess a WV Nursing license in good standing, WV Cares, CPR, physical, PPD Testing, drug screen, and provide proof of COVID vaccination If interested in this position, Health Advocates Network accepts applications via email, fax, and mail.
