**Exciting Opportunity: 2nd Shift Production Manager Wanted!** Are you ready to take charge and lead a dynamic production team? We're looking for an experienced **Production Manager** to drive our manufacturing excellence! In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the future of production, streamline operations, and make an impact at every level. As our **Production Manager** , you'll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes, from planning and policy development to ensuring quality standards and efficient workflows. You'll be the go-to leader for problem-solving, quality assurance, and team development. **What You'll Be Doing:** + **Lead & Plan:** Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures that align with company goals. + **Drive Efficiency:** Oversee assembly, inspection, and shipping processes, ensuring products meet deadlines and quality standards. + **Quality Control:** Monitor production quality, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them quickly to maintain a smooth operation. + **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture. + **Collaboration:** Work with senior management, engineering, and purchasing teams to ensure timely production schedules and continuous improvement. + **Growth & Development:** Provide ongoing training, conduct performance reviews, and guide team members toward career advancement. + **Problem Solver:** Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implement solutions, and maintain smooth production flow. **What We're Looking For:** + **Experience:** 7+ years in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. + **Skills:** Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to optimize workflows and manage diverse teams. + **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production management tools. + **Proactive:** Ability to identify and resolve production challenges quickly, ensuring maximum efficiency. **Qualifications:** + Associates Degree/ but Bachelors degree would be a plus + Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
