Maintenance Technician

Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of experience in warehouse facility maintenance. * Skillset | basic plumbing, HVAC (refrigeration experience ideal), carpentry, welding. * Excellent mechanical and electrical skills. * Ability to use hand and power tools. * A valid driver's license. Pay | $25 - $27 per hour Monday - Friday (8 AM - 4:30 PM) | Monday - Friday (4 PM - 12:30 AM) Please note that hours and days could change. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities * Performing preventative maintenance on facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and climate-controlled areas like freezers and coolers. * Troubleshooting, repairing, and assessing machine and system failures and issues. * Accurately enter data into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). * Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and other items needed. * Collaborate with other team members. * Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
