Maintenance Technician

Freedom Pointe at the Villages is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. The hours for this position are 8am-4pm Sunday thru Thursday. The pay rate for the Maintenance Technician is $16.50-$18.50 an hour. Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience. SUMMARY: * Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing various aspects of general and preventive maintenance to protect and maintain buildings, equipment, utility and electrical systems while providing exceptional hospitality to our residents. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED * 1-2 years of maintenance experience * Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
