Adequate and appropriate supervision of hospice employees2. Employee access to appropriately qualified supervisory staff during all hours of operations3. Oversight of and assistance to clinical supervisors4. Ongoing education of home care employees about: regulations, guidelines, current standards ofhome care practice, Interim Healthcare home care policies and procedures and the qualityassessment and performance improvement (QAPI) programAssists the Hospice Administrator as assigned in the preparation and administration of the organization's budget and the development and execution of strategic goalsOversees the maintenance of patient/family records, statistics and reports for the purpose of evaluation of care and services provided, as well as compliance with applicable law and regulation, (including voluntary accreditation standards if applicable)Responsible for the adequate inventory of, and procedures regarding access to, drugs, biologicals, medical appliances and supplies to meet the care needs of the patients per the benefit provisions of the patient's payor source and for the day-to-day delivery of careUnderstands current trends and advancements in the delivery of home care and communicates such knowledge to appropriate members of the leadership team with the goal of improving efficiency and effectiveness of careRegularly communicates with the leadership team regarding compliance with regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures, standards of practice; response to and resolution of complaints; and reports and analysis of occurrences and sentinel eventsActively participates as a member of the leadership team#HomecareRegistered Nurse Clinical Supervisor Essential RequirementsGraduate of anccredited school of nursing, BSN preferredActive license to practice as an RN in the state(s) in which patient care is providedOne (1) - two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferredOne (1) year of hospice or related health care organization experience managing caregivers within the lastfive (5) yearsCurrent CPR certificationReliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insuranceInterim Healthcare - West Michigan.
