Shipping and Logistics Associate

THE ROLE We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented, process-driven individual to work with us full-time as a Shipping and Logistics Associate. In this role, you will help Audicus transform lives by ensuring the timely delivery of hearing aids to Americans across the country. Responsibilities * Prepare and neatly pack orders according to company standards * Provide first-rate support to in-office customers as needed * Customize shipments based on specific order details * Utilize shipping software to print shipping labels and manage delivery times * Log and process incoming packages * Coordinate logistics across our sales, customer experience, and audiology teams * Keeping track of inventory and supplies * Knowledgeable of hearing aid devices and aptitude to inspect/repair What We Are Looking For * High standard of workmanship * Positive, with a friendly attitude and the ability to work together in a team-oriented environment * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiastic * Independent * In-office position (Midtown Manhattan) Salary Range: $50-55K Location: NYC Onsite 5 Days Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision through Aetna; 401K, telehealth, commuter benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Flexible PTO, Paid sick leave We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
