This role is crucial in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and timely completion of all projects. You will manage all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring effective communication, resource management, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: * Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee roofing and exterior construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing concerns and providing project updates to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Subcontractor Management: Recruit and manage subcontractors to meet project demands, adjust resources based on sales volume, and ensure effective coordination on-site. * Field Operations: Conduct daily site visits, manage materials, coordinate crew activities, and maintain job site safety standards. * Team Leadership: Lead and manage roofing crews, subcontractors, and other staff, providing clear direction, delegating tasks, and enforcing safety protocols. * Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures, conducting inspections throughout the project to meet industry standards and customer expectations. * Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to support efficient project execution. * Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, optimize material usage, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effective project management. * Safety Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture, enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, and maintain documentation of safety practices.
