Job Summary: Troubleshoot and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all factory support equipment including but not limited to compressed air systems, emergency lighting, and dust collection systems. Job Duties: * Troubleshoot, modify and repair all automated process control, Electrical-Mechanical machinery. * Responsible for performing all preventative maintenance on all machines and support equipment and assisting when needed with preventative maintenance on equipment in throughout the facility. * Fabricate replacement parts when necessary. * Collaborates with Production IT and Engineering to prevent machine downtime and communication related issues. * Frequently interacts with Leads and operators to resolve issues with equipment. * Implement programs to decrease downtime and improve efficiency. * Performs root cause analysis when required on all plant machinery. * Utilize KPI's to improve equipment uptime and decrease downtime. * Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of process controls. Accountabilities: * Reports to Maintenance Manager. Job Specifications: * Must physically be able to bend, stretch, and stoop, but not limited to only these physical activities. * Requires lifting of 40 lbs. or more without aid. * Requires normal hand, eye, and walking coordination. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and overtime. * Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed. * On-call rotation required. Education and Experience * High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. * 2 year completion of Electro/Mechanical Course from a recognized Technical Institute is preferred. * 1 -2 years' experience in general machining (lath, milling, grinding). * 5 years of manufacturing experience required Required Skills and Knowledge * Requires a strong working knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems. * Must have the ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems. * Must work well in a team environment. * Must have excellent communication skills. * Must be highly motivated and willing to learn new systems and technologies. * Must have excellent knowledge of basic hand tools. * Must have a strong mathematics and computer skills.
