Tigg's Canteen Services is looking to hire a Permanent Full-Time Lead Cook for Washtenaw County Jail in Ann Arbor MI. Requirements include: * High school diploma or equivalent * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. * Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 5:00am and 8:30pm) * Clearance approval into the facility Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but we can train the right person!
