Here's a description for the position.A candidate for this position will need to be a self-starter that is able to work with minimal supervision and has a willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities as needed. Essential Skills and ExperienceAbility to use electrical test equipment for repair and troubleshootingAbility to read electrical and mechanical diagrams/printsAbility to perform preventative maintenanceProficiency with hand toolsAbility to work 8-12 hours shifts Sit, stand, walk, and crouch for extended periods Ability to perform tasks at heights using a ladder or scissor liftAbility to perform tasks while working in tight spacesAbility to clearly communicate with management, operators, and other maintenance personnelNice-to-Have Skills and ExperienceAbility to weldMachine shop skills
