Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.  Adhere to Yingtao's Cleaning and sanitation SOPs Oversee Yingtao Dish Station and operate dishmachine to wash all dishes and silverware in the restaurant Maintain high level of organization to keep the Dish Station clean and free of clutter or build up of dishes and glassware Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
