**FRADEI IS HIRING FOR OUR NEW SISTER WINE BAR!** Entre Nous is a new 50-seat wine bar in the heart of Clinton Hill, opening early December, from the team behind Fradei Bistro. Inspired by our favorite wine bars in Paris, we will offer a robust wine list alongside a menu of classic French small plates, chilled seafood, and cheese and charcuterie. Open 6 days a week, Tuesday through Sunday.   Entre Nous is hiring experienced, passionate, wine-focused Servers to join our opening team! We are seeking Servers who are excited to work with a very robust international wine program to be a part of our opening team. Individuals should be seeking full-time work, with a passion for hospitality and cultivating meaningful connections with guests. Serving experience and extensive wine knowledge are required, specifically with a focus on low-intervention producers. Please apply if you have: 2+ years serving experience in NYC or another major city Strong wine knowledge, ideally with a focus on low-intervention wine; we are looking for those with experience working in a wine role at a restaurant or wine bar, experience working at a wine store, or have completed (or currently be pursuing) wine education courses (i.e. WSET, CMS) Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced restaurant environment Open availability and ability to commit to a set schedule Willingness to dive in head-first to open a new restaurant Experience using Toast POS We are excited to train our team on our wine program and will offer wine education and tasting opportunities on a regular basis.
