ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with guests Maintain dining ambiance with a positive ambiance Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items Maintain standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the venue Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies Complete all side work relevant to operations of venue Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a server in upscale casual restaurants/bar in New York Toast POS training Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space Attention to detail, and a great team player We look forward to meeting you!
