Sous Chef

Casa Nela is looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Bobo! The Sous Chef is a critical part of the restaurant's culinary management team, supporting the overall day to day operations in tandem with the other chefs and front of house managers. This position will focus on ensuring excellent and consistent guest experiences as well as building and maintaining a high performing team in order to drive sales, profitability and employee retention rates. Specifically, the Sous Chef will work closely with the back of house team to ensure consistent, proper execution of the menu and that recipe production is within the restaurant's specifications, all while maintaining a top notch facility that complies with all DOH standards.
