Responsibilities Include... Setting up and stocking all stations with necesarry supplies for service Preparing all food for service including sauce production, hand-made pastas, butchering and braising Maintaining a clean work environment with a focus on food safety, attention to recipe details, and completing prep lists in the most efficient manner possible Stocking product and organizing the walk-in with FIFO standards The right candidate will have... Experience in food preparation for a fine dining, high-volume restaurant Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
