Brother International Corporation is recruiting for its Summer 2025 Internship Program. This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, 10-week experience from Monday June 2 through Friday August 8. Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2025 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid or full on-site environment at the location noted. The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities. This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule. #LI-Hybrid Here's What You'll Do This Summer: * Assist in developing resources and managing SharePoint to enhance project governance processes * Provide project coordination support for ongoing mid-level projects * Assist in adopting and managing a project management tool for team workspace management Our Successful Candidate: * Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2025 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible * Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, Communications, Business or Data Analytics, or related fields of study REQUIRED Experience & Technical Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in tasks and documentation * Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including project planning and scheduling * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude * Problem-solving skills with a curious mindset, eager to learn and ask thoughtful questions Additional Preferred Experience & Technical Skills: * Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms * Experience or coursework in organizational change management or business transformation * Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques, including proficiency in Excel or other data tools * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Some exposure to stakeholder engagement or communication planning What You'll Receive From Brother: * Competitive hourly rate ($20.00/hour - fixed program rate) * Paid Time Off for Friday July 4 * Fun engagement and networking opportunities across the organization * Career development experience and training throughout the program * Meaningful work projects that will allow you to leave your mark at a multi-national multi-billion-dollar organization (excellent resume builders) * Learn more about our rewarding program experience here: Ready to Apply?
