Maintenance Tech I

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following duties: * Establishes and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance support system for equipment, all * Establishes and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance support system for equipment and tools, spare parts, etc. * Manages all preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance at the farm within safe, legal, and permissible limits * Administers farm maintenance procedures * Coordinates all functions necessary to ensure the efficient and reliable maintenance of the farm for optimized production levels * Ensures that an adequate inventory of all materials and supplies are available to support routine maintenance programs. Maintain spare parts history and implement and maintain inventory control. * Coordinates needs in conjunction with Maintenance Coordinator for current and upcoming projects * Responsible for exterior maintenance * Perimeter walks to keep building exterior(s) tidy * Light winter snow removal and landscaping * Regular inspection of the bunkhouses for cleanliness and repair * Operate powered industrial trucks Other duties as assigned
