This position is perfect for someone who wants to be part of a family-owned business on the path to growth, and someone who appreciates good food and has experience with artisan coffee beverages.Job Description: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to make and serve coffee-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.Welcome customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and assist with ordering.Help customers choose drinks or pastries, and offer suggestions based on preferences.Accurately take orders and process transactions through a POS system (cash, card, mobile payments).Regularly clean coffee machines, blenders, counters, and tables to ensure a hygienic environment.Wash utensils, mugs, and other equipment used throughout the day.Replenish ingredients like coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups throughout shifts.Keep track of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure sufficient form management of any shortages or equipment issues.Prepare and serve bakery items or light snacks that accompany coffee.Heat baked goods if required and arrange them attractively in display cases.Work closely with other baristas and staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.
