Description We are building a community for creators with the help of creators! HAPPIER is looking for energetic, passionate, and professional AM/PM Hosts and Hostesses to join the team. We are seeking exceptional individuals who provide a luxurious experience- for this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have an elevated experience from the moment they arrive in our spaces until their departure. Ultimately, you will ensure we provide unparalleled customer service and a pleasant experience to our guests. These are FT/ PT positions for the Members Club, and you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Create a HAPPIER experience for all guests, members, and coworkers Support overall guest experience including coat check and pool service Maintain high-level communication with leadership and maí®tre d Support maí®tre d as directed Welcome guests to the spaces Seating and guiding guests Updating the seating platform throughout the dining experience Support in taking and adjusting reservations Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options Recognize and engage with regulars and VIP guests to make them feel a part of the family Maintain cleanliness and organization of host workspace Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor Support dining room staff by making sure the display is always aesthetically pleasing and accurately representing our vision Complete assigned side-work Completes end-of-shift notes and all other pertinent information Requirements Previous fine dining experience as a Host/Hostess 1+ year (Required) Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity establishments Highly entrepreneurial and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to execute in the face of competing priorities Demonstrates a friendly, high-energy personality with a positive and team-oriented approach Understanding of restaurant etiquette A genuine passion for restaurant hospitality and service Experience in managing reservations Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person) Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits Training and Development Team Member Referral Program - $250 for any referrals if your referral stays for 3 months, we are always looking for great candidates at fine dining places that have like-minded individuals.
