Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a full time Grounds Technician to join our team! * Please upload your current resume for consideration* Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (Summer) 7:00am-3:30pm (Winter) Pay: $16.35 to $17.99 / hr DOE SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds in accordance with the annual schedule; using equipment such as push mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, blowers, etc., in a safe and proper manner under limited and/or minimum supervision. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * Must have a current and valid Arizona driver's license. * Six (6) months occupational grounds/landscaping experience (trimmers, blowers, landscaping and hand tool, etc.), covering aspects of planting, gardening, raking, etc. Hospitality Focus: Friendship Village fully embraces a culture of hospitality.
