Project Manager - NetSuite

Description & Requirements Location: This position can be filled in any of our FORVIS Mazars office locations or can be a fully remote work opportunity. What You Will Do: * Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, and solution gaps. * Work as part of a project team to deliver business solutions from project kick-off through project go-live. * Measure delivery of our solution against requirements, through ownership of deliverables and thorough review with clients. * Lead the preparation of project plans and requirements documentation. * Manage multiple detailed activities that are required to deliver engagements on-time and on-budget. * Build rapport with clients through effective communication, working sessions, and status meetings. * Lead the team to complete assigned tasks according to the project schedule and communicate the status to clients * Learn FORVIS Mazars implementation methodology and related deliverables. * Forecast, manage and track the budget to actuals and client billings for engagements. * Coordinate and schedule project resources We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: * A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning * Strong analytical skills * Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines * Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients' intellectual property * Flexible and adaptive to additional assignments that arise during a project * Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Excellent documentation and business writing skills * Previous experience with SMB and Enterprise project management (managing scope, quality, costs, staffing, risk, etc.) * Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines * Experience in waterfall & agile methodologies * Proficient with Microsoft Office including Work, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, SmartSheet, etc * Proactive, effective communication skills (both oral and written) * Strong attention to detail * 5 years or more of applicable ERP implementation experience * A clear understanding of the Oracle NetSuite solution landscape Preferred Requirements: * Demonstrated proficiency with implementing complex ERP projects * Working knowledge of business reporting and analytics tools * General Understanding of financial systems, inventory and warehouse management, professional / field services * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification * Experience managing and mentoring a team * Experience developing less experienced consultants #LI-IND, #LI-KCMO, #LI-STL, #LI-DFW, #LI-LK1 Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range displayed is for the Colorado market.
